Processing Times

Magic Scoop orders are processed within 10 business days of purchase, though they are typically completed and shipped in 3-5 business days.

All other items ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times once your package has been mailed.

Shipping Locations

At this time, I ship within the United States only. Due to international regulations regarding the shipment of herbs, botanicals, and other plant materials, I am unable to offer international shipping.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please email me at glitterwitchspellshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, I'll do my best to update the address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of my control.

If your tracking shows your package as lost or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or request additional assistance. Glitter Witch Spell Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
