Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

Unless otherwise stated on an individual product listing, all sales are final due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products. That being said, if you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact me.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After this period, orders cannot be canceled. Contact me at glitterwitchspellshop@gmail.com if you need to cancel your order and can't do so through Shopify.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at glitterwitchspellshop@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the item(s), the packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue so I can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Mystery Items

Mystery items are curated based on current inventory and availability. Contents may vary from photos or previous mystery offerings, and substitutions may be made at my discretion. All mystery orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Handmade Items

Every item is handcrafted by me with care. Slight variations in color, size, glitter placement, herbs, crystals, and other decorative elements are normal and make each piece one of a kind.
